The FIR dated 8th April, 2016, registered as 132 of 2016 under Sections 354, 323, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code is sought to be quashed by consent.

Respondent No.2 - Complainant has given an affidavit. Her Advocate has informed the Court that contents thereof are explained to Respondent No.2 in Hindi. Respondent No.2 in Court has stated that she

In view of the joint request, we make Rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
