The challenge in the petition is to the order rejecting the petitioner's application seeking restraint order against respondent No.1 from disbursing the amount to respondent no.2. This Court is informed that during pendency of the petition, the amount has already been disbursed.

In view of the above, the writ petition has been rendered infructuous. The petition is accordingly disposed of. Needless to state that this Court has not gone into the merits of the petition and all the rights and contentions of the parties are expressly kept open.
