Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties and the following order is passed :

i.

The impugned Order dated 30th September, 2016 passed by the Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner and Recovery Officer, Regional Office, Pune is set aside.

ii.

The Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner and Recovery Officer, Regional Office, Pune shall hear all the parties including Respondent Nos. 2 to 8 and pass fresh order within a period of four weeks from the date of this order. iii.

Parties and / or their Advocates shall appear before the Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner and Recovery Officer, Regional Office, Pune on 6th December, 2017 at 11.00 a.m. and obtain necessary directions in the matter. iv.

All contentions of the parties are kept open.
