Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent - State. 2.

Vide order dated 15.09.2015, this Court was pleased to release the applicant for a period of four weeks on the ground that the applicant's son required urgent hospitalization and surgery. It is informed that till date, no surgery of the applicant's son has been done. No

APPP 874-15.doc ground is made out by the applicant, as of today, for seeking continuation of the temporary bail granted by this Court. The applicant to surrender on the expiry of 4 weeks. Liberty is granted to the applicant to renew his prayer for temporary bail, if the need so arises in the future.
