This civil application is preferred by Insurance Company for condonation of 23 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the Judgment and Award dated 28.02.2014passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Nashik in M.A.C.P. No. 983 of 2009. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant and averments made in civil application, I am satisfied that applicant has made out the case for allowing the civil application.
