Leaned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is taking stringent steps to unearth unaccounted money, cases of money laundering, he had to issue notices and look into many other dealings. He has been receiving threats and messages. The petitioner has brought this to the notice of the police by filing a complaint. 2.

Learned APP, on instructions, submits that the petitioner's

906-wp-4127-15 complaint was looked into and N.C. was registered. Learned APP further submits that as of now police authorities are not convinced to grant police protection to the petitioner.
