The learned APP submitted that in pursuance of the order dated 9.12.2015 the applicants have attended the Investigating officer and have co-operated in the process of investigation. She further submitted that the attendance of applicant No.1 for further period of 4 days is necessary to conclude the investigation. She submitted that the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary. In view of the above, the present application as against the Applicant

2 /2 Nos. 2 to 5 is allowed and the interim relief granted by order dated 9.12.2015 is confirmed.

3) As far as Applicant No.1 is concerned, she is directed to attend the Investigating Officer from 15.2.2016 to 18.2.2016 between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon and to join the process of further investigation.

4) The interim relief granted by order dated 9.12.2015 is also confirmed as far as applicant Nos.1 5) is concerned.

6) Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
