The Applicants with their Advocate and Respondent No.2 with her Advocate are jointly requesting for quashing of FIR No.67 of 2015 dated 3rd March, 2015, under Sections 354(A), 452, 509, 506(1) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The Respondent No.2 - Complainant has accordingly filed an affidavit before this Court.

Learned A.P.P. upon instructions has produced a communication sent by Senior P.I, Mahim Police Station, to her office. It is taken on record as Exhibit - 'A'. It reveals 5 more offences against the Applicant No.1.

Learned Counsel for the Applicants has attempted to urge that because of dispute with builder and two groups resulting there from the quarrels have taken place. We are not inclined to examine the correctness of this submission. It appears that in October, 2016, Applicant No.1 was also externed for a period of one year.

We are therefore, not inclined to intervene in extraordinary jurisdiction. Hence, Rejected.
