The Applicants are present with their Advocate. It is claimed that Respondent No.2 - Ruksana@Rukhsana is not present. 3.

Learned A.P.P. has produced before us a communication dated

2/2 24-apl.1093.2018.doc 16th October, 2018 sent by the Senior P.I of Mahim Police Station to her office. It is taken on record as Exhibit - 'A'. 4.

Apart from offence in dispute, it shows involvement of Applicant Nos.2 and 4 in Crime No.139 of 2015. Applicant No.1 is reported to be involved in six other offences. An identical request made by learned counsel for the Respondent No.2 in relation to other crime is already rejected by us today.

In view of the antecedents brought on record, we refuse to intervene in extraordinary jurisdiction. Hence, Rejected. REVATI MOHITE DERE, J.
