This is an application for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to respondent Nos.2 to 5 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, For Greater Bombay in Anticipatory Bail Application No.1395 of 2016 by its Order dated 14.09.2016.

In view of the decision of this Court in the case of Priyanka Pakvasa vs. Sameer Pakvasa and Anr. in Criminal Application No.733/2014 in ABA No.1785/2014 dated 25.01.2016 the present application for cancellation of anticipatory bail on merits after filing charge-sheet does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
