2) Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith with the consent of the parties. 3) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier, petitioner had filed a petition for divorce within one year of marriage and hence, the same was disposed of as not maintainable. Subsequently, petitioner has filed a petition seeking divorce.

4) In view of this, prayers in the present petition have become infructuous. Writ Petition stands disposed of.

5) Rule is discharged.
