The trial Court is directed to commence and complete the trial arising out of Crime No.I-84 of 2014, registered with Bhiwandi Police Station for offences under Sections 372, 373, 366A, etc., of the IPC, as also under various sections of

sjs 14-BA-2300.2014 the POCSO Act, the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act and the Foreigners (Amendment) Act, 2004 at the earliest and in any event before 31-12-2015, saving all just exceptions. The applicant on his part shall co-operate for expeditious disposal of the trial, as ordered. The application is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
