Learned Advocate appearing for Respondent No. 4 - Developer has informed the Court that an amount of Rs. 12,50,00,000/- is paid to the Petitioner. However, the amount of Rs.2,50,00,000/- is payable by the Respondent No. 4 to the Petitioner as agreed / undertaken in the Consent Terms dated 11th August, 2021. Shri Vishwajeet Jhavar, the Director of Respondent No. 4 undertakes to pay an amount of Rs.2,50,00,000/- as agreed / undertaken in the Consent Terms. The undertaking is accepted. 2.
