Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant/appellant and the learned APP appearing for the State. The prayer in the application is vehemently opposed by the learned APP. 2.

However, in the interest of justice, this application is allowed. The earlier temporary bail granted in favour of the applicant/appellant stands extended till 25.10.2018 with an understanding that no prayer for further extension of the said bail will be entertained under any circumstances.
