For the reasons to be recorded separately, following order is passed :

ORDER

(i) Criminal Bail Application No.2393 of 2018 is allowed and disposed off;

(ii) The applicant is directed to be released on bail in connection with CR No.169 of 2018 registered with Gaondevi Police Station, Mumbai, on furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount;

(iii) The applicant shall report Gaondevi Police Station once in a month on every first Saturday between 10 am and 12 noon till further orders;

2 of 2 907.BA.2393.2018OP.doc (iv) The applicant shall not try to tamper with the evidence and shall not approach the prosecution witnesses as well as shall not call or meet the complainant and the victim and their family members; (v) The applicant shall attend the Trial Court regularly on every date of hearing, unless exempted by the Court for some reason; (vi) The applicant is permitted to furnish cash security in the sum of Rs.50,000/- for a period of four weeks.
