Perused the application. It is stated in the application that, due to inadvertence, the name of the husband of Respondent No.17 was incorrectly mentioned in the cause title. Statement is made on affidavit. There is no reason to disbelieve the same. The civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).
