The grievance of the Petitioners is that Respondent No.1 has erected a structure which is unauthorized. 2.

Learned counsel for Respondent No.1 submits that an application for regularization was filed with the Corporation which came to be rejected. An appeal has been preferred to the State Government.

The counsel for Respondent No.1 is unable to state as to the outcome of the appeal. The Corporation Authorities, therefore shall take necessary steps in accordance with law.

Petition is disposed of accordingly.
