Learned APP on instructions from the officer who is present in the Court submits that chargesheet would be filed within one week from today. Learned advocate for the applicant on instruction seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to prefer an application before the Sessions Court after filing of chargesheet.

Application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to prefer fresh application for bail before the Sessions Court. In the event, such application is preferred by the applicant, the same shall be dealt with by the Sessions Court in accordance with law without being influenced by the earlier order passed by the Sessions Court rejecting the bail application as well as withdrawal of this application.
