P.C.:- Mr. Nerlekar, the learned counsel for the Petitioner tendered across the bar, consent terms dated 22nd November, 2019 executed between the parties herein. As per the said consent terms, the Petitioner has paid an amount of Rs.1,80,000/- towards full and final settlement of all claims of the Respondent No.2.

The said consent terms are duly signed by the Petitioner and Respondent No.2 and their signatures have been verified by their respective Advocates. The said consent terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The undertakings mentioned in the consent terms are treated as undertakings given to this Court.

Writ Petition is disposed off, in view of the consent terms dated 22nd November, 2019.
