P.C.:- Having heard the learned counsels for the respective parties, we deem it convenient to dispose of this Petition by directing the Respondent No.3 to decide the Petitioner's representation dated 31st August, 2016 as expeditiously as possible, in any case within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Ordered accordingly.

It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the Petitioner's claim and the Respondent No.3 shall decide the Petitioner's Megha 1/2

In order to enable the Respondent No.3 to comply this order, the Petitioner shall remain present before the Respondent No.3 on 5.2.2018 alongwith copy of the representation dated 31st August, 2016 and copy of this order.
