ORDER:- The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner is not pressing the prayer clauses (d), (e) and (f). Leave is accordingly granted to delete the prayer clauses (d), (e) and (f). The Petitioner to carry out amendment forthwith.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties for some time. The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner has pointed out that no reasons are given by the First Authority and also even by the Appellate Authority, though specific grounds were raised 1/2

ssm 2 35-wp9936.13.sxw in support of the Petitioner's claim and the contentions. In view of this itself, we may be required to interfere with the order so passed by the Appellate Authority.

However, the learned counsel appearing for the Respondents, on instruction, submits that the First Appellate Authority will hear the Petitioner and pass a reasoned order. The Appellate Authority shall decide the Appeal in accordance with law, de-novo and uninfluenced by the impugned orders. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs. (G.S. KULKARNI, J.)
