Mr. Lokesh, learned counsel for the applicant states that the entire amount awarded by the tribunal is already deposited before the M.A.C.T., Solapur. Statement is accepted. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the applicant, civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). If any application is filed by the respondents for withdrawal of the amount, the same would be considered on its own merits. M.A.C.T., Solapur is directed to invest the amount in a fixed deposit of a nationalized bank initially for a period of five years and thereafter for like period after obtaining further orders from this court depending upon the pendency of the first appeal. 2.
