Learned counsel for respondent nos.3 to 14 has tendered consent terms which are singed on behalf of the petitioner-Trust by the President of the Trust Mr. V. Sesidharan and the same are signed by independent respondent nos.3, 4, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13 and 14 who are represented by Advocate Mr. Saurabh Oka. Apart from the parties to the consent terms making their signatures, advocates for the parties have also signed the consent terms. The signatories of the parties have been identified by their respective advocates. There is no dispute on the signatures as made on the 1/2

The parties have agreed that all the disputes in regard to the petitioner-Shree Ayyappa Bhaktha Seva Sangham Trust situated at Vartak Nagar, Thane have come to an end by the present consent terms. 5.
The petition is accordingly disposed of in terms of the consent terms. No costs.
