Learned counsel appearing for the applicants seeks to withdraw this application and submits that the applicants may be allowed to agitate the issue raised in the present application at the stage of challenging final order if the same is against the applicants. All the contentions of both the parties are kept open. Misc.civil application is allowed to be withdrawn keeping all the issues of both the parties open. It is made clear that this court has not expressed any view on the merits. No order as to costs.
