CORAM : M. S. SONAK, J.
DATE: 17 NOVEMBER 2015 P.C. :- 1] Not on board. Upon production, taken on board. 2] There is no reason to interfere with the impugned order. During the pendency of the revision application, the Revisional Authority has declined to grant interim relief in the matter of entries in revenue records. The apprehension expressed by the learned counsel for the Petitioners is that if the names of the Respondents are entered in the revenue records, on the basis of the same, the Respondents may create third party rights which will lead to multiplicity of litigations. It is a settled position in law that mere entries in 1/2
skc P9-WP-11094-15 revenue records are not determinative of title to the properties. In any case, the petitioners always have an option of approaching the Civil Courts in order to protect their rights if any, qua the suit property. No case is made out to exercise extra ordinary jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. This petition is therefore dismissed.
