After some arguments Ms Patil, the learned Advocate for the Applicants, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Civil Revision Application, which is directed against an order of 11th April 2017 passed in Review by the Appellate Bench of the Small Causes Court, Mumbai. The second part of the prayer also seeks to challenge the original order of the Appellate Bench dated 18th February 2015. 2.

The Civil Revision Application is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
