On expressing my disinclination to entertain the application, which accuse the applicant of holding the packets of food articles meant for Anganwadi under the Integrated Child Development System (ICDS), the learned counsel state that, if some time is given the applicant shall surrender himself.

Accepting the aforesaid statement, the applicant is directed to surrender before the Investigating Officer on or before 5:00 p.m. on 26/10/2022.

I have already expressed my disinclination to grant any protection and, hence if the applicant do not surrender as undertaken the Investigating Officer is at liberty to effect his arrest any time after 26/10/2022.

Application is rejected.
