P. C. :

1.

By this writ petition, the Petitioner is challenging the order dated 6th July 2015 passed by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Miraj, District - Sangli. The said order is made under section 56 of the Maharashtra Police Act. Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner does not dispute that the said order is appealable under section 60 of the said Act. Since the Petitioner has an alternate efficacious remedy, we are not inclined to entertain this writ petition and the same is accordingly dismissed. 2.

Appeal, if filed, shall be decided expeditiously. [V. L. ACHLIYA, J.] [RANJIT MORE, J.] patilsr 1 / 1
