By this Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner original plaintiff is challenging the order dated 16.08.2012 passed by Appellate Court in Misc. Civil Appeal No.69 of 2012 upholding the order passed by Trial Court dated 07.07.2011 below Exhibit 5 in Regular Civil Suit No.78 of 2011. The learned counsel for the petitioner original plaintiff submits that during the pendency of the present Writ Petition, Civil Suit No.78 of 2010 stands disposed of by order dated 16.01.2014 passed by Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division Sinnar. In view of subsequent development, nothing survives in the present Writ Petition. Writ Petition stands disposed of as infructuous. No order as to costs.
