The petition is filed seeking directions to the Versova Police Station to make provisions of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (for short "POSCO") applicable in the subject FIR. The subject FIR is annexed at "Exhibit A", Page 9. Perusal of the same reveals that the FIR is registered under Sections 341, 324, 354(B) read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 8 and 12 of POSCO. We find that the petition is misconceived and the same is, accordingly, dismissed.
