Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the accused no. 3 has been released on bail by the Special Court on 05/12/2022. On this ground, learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant is entitled for bail. He, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to approach the Special Court.
