It is submitted that no role of the applicant is shown from the materials on record. Anticipatory Bail Application No.39 of 2023 earlier filed by the applicant has been rejected by the order dated 20.01.2023 passed by this Court. Learned counsel for the applicant made an attempt to re-argue the application and also tried to submit that the point as regards the role of the present applicant was not brought to the notice of this Court. Since this Court has already heard and rejected the Anticipatory Bail Application No.39 of 2023 earlier filed on merits, it is not possible for me to entertain the present application.
