Learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned APP submit that during pendency of this application, the charge-sheet is now filed. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that it is a matter involving small quantity of contraband and nothing was found from the present applicant. That, of course, will have to be decided when the application is heard on merits. However since the chargesheet is filed, it would be appropriate if the applicant approaches the Special Court again for his release on bail in the changed circumstances.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel that nothing was found from the applicant and in any case the contraband quantity involved in the case is small quantity, the Special Court is requested to decide Bail Application, if filed by the applicant before that Court, within a period of ten days from filing of that application. 3.
