Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

By this Petition, the only direction sought by the Petitioner is a direction to the Respondent No. 2 i. e. the Hon'ble Minister for Co-operation to decide the Revision Application No. 538 of 2018 within a reasonable period of time. 3.

Learned AGP on instructions makes a statement that the Respondent No. 2 will decide the said Revision Application

WP 11335-18.doc within three months from the date of receipt of this order. Statement accepted.

At this stage, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner has filed an Application for stay in the Revision Application before the Hon'ble Minister. The Hon'ble Minister to decide the said stay Application as expeditiously as possible and preferably within four weeks from today. The parties to appear before the Respondent No. 2 i. e. the Hon'ble Minister on 22.10.2018 at 3.00 p. m., after which the Hon'ble Minister will give dates convenient to him.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for consideration in this Petition. Accordingly, the Petition is disposed off in the aforesaid terms. All contentions of the parties are expressly kept open.
