Heard the Petitioner appearing in person. The breach alleged is of the order dated 20th July 2015 passed by this Court. 2.

We find that in terms of the said order, the Chief State Information Commissioner has passed an order on 9th September 2015. If the grievance of the Petitioner is that the said order is not being implemented, he has to adopt appropriate proceeding in accordance with law.

No case is made out of any deliberate breach of the order dated 20th July 2015 of this Court by the Chief State Information Commissioner. Subject to what is observed above, the Contempt Petition is rejected.
