1] All the Applications arise out of the same CR and the learned APP on instructions from the Investigating Officer states that the Applicant deserve the same order which was passed by this Court in the case of accused Mohan Narayan Nair in Anticipatory Bail Application No.2702/2022 dated 03.10.2022.

2] Accepting the above-said statement, the present Applicant deserve similar order as under :

O R D E R

a] In response to the notice issued under Section 41A of the Cr.P.C. the Applicants shall report to the Investigating Officer within a period of 7 days from today.

Upon their presence the Investigating Officer shall follow procedure prescribed under Section 41A(2) of the Cr.P.C. and record reasons in case if he comes at a conclusion that custodial interrogation of the Applicants is very much necessary for completing the investigation. He shall also issue 72 hours notice in advance in case if he is desirous of effecting arrest.

Applications are disposed off.
