After hearing the matter for sometime, when I expressed my disinclination to allow the application, learned counsel for the Applicant seeks permission to withdraw the bail application. 2.
The bail application is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such.

Learned counsel is, however, justified in stating that though the Applicant is incarcerated since September, 2017, till date no charge has been framed. Though she makes a request for expeditious disposal of the trial, in the wake of pandemic when the entire system is moving slow, the said request cannot be acceded to, but it is high time that down the line for last four years of his arrest, the Special Court has not framed the charges. The Special Court is, therefore, requested to frame the charges in the NDPS Special Case No.38 of 2018 on or before 30/09/2021. (SMT. BHARATI DANGRE, J.) AJN
