No. II-37 of 2018 registered with Mumbra Police Station, District Thane, now culminated into Special (NDPS) Case No. 56 of 2018, pending on the file of Additional Sessions Judge and Special Judge (NDPS), Thane, does not commence within a period of one year from today.

Leave and liberty granted.
