Advocate for the applicant original plaintiff submits that in view of subsequent development, nothing survives in the present Civil Application. He submits that in the present Civil Application, applicant prayed to stay the further proceedings in R.A.E.Suit No.593 of 2002 but same was decided by Small Causes Court at Mumbai by judgment and decree dated 16.1.2016 by which the Suit stands dismissed.
