By an order passed today in Civil Application No.986 of 2014, the above First Appeal and the Civil Application have been restored. The above First Appeal along with the Civil Application to be transmitted to the District Court Kolhapur as the valuation is less than Rs. 1 crore. The office is therefore directed to transmit the above First Appeal and the Civil Application forthwith.

Needless to state that the above Civil Application for stay would be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law having regard to the fact that there is an intervening gap of 3 years and 332 days between the dismissal of the above First Appeal and its restoration by an order passed today.
