1) This is an application under Section 482 of Cr. P.C. thereby praying that the Sessions Case No.4824 of 2014, wherein the applicant is accused be expedited by directing the Trial Court to conclude the same within some stipulated period.

2) The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that this Court by an Order dated 16th January 2014, was pleased to release the applicant on bail in the said case. He submitted that though the applicant is on bail, he is unable to get a job and it is very difficult for him to secure the livelihood due to pendency of the case. He further submitted that this Court while releasing the applicant on bail has prima facie observed that the offence as alleged is not made out.

Dond 1/2 apl.1114-2015.sxw 3) In view of the above, the learned Additional Sessions Judge seized of the Sessions Case No.4824 of 2014 is directed to make an endevour to conclude the trial by 31st December 2016.
