In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw this application, with liberty to file a fresh application for bail in the trial Court, in view of the change of circumstance i.e. filing of the charge-sheet.

Application is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn with

It is made clear, that this application has not been considered on merits and if an application for bail, after filing of the charge sheet is filed, the same shall be considered on its own merits, uninfluenced by the withdrawal of the aforesaid application.
