The Applicant is seeking intervention in abovementioned writ petition. Having heard learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties, we find that on the basis of grievance raised by the Applicant herein, approval granted to the post of Petitioner No.2 came to be withdrawn, therefore, Applicant may be affected by the outcome of the writ petition. The Applicant, therefore, needs to be heard. Hence, civil patilsr 1 / 2

application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). the Petitioner is directed to implead the Applicant herein as party Respondent in the writ petition. That exercise be done within a week from today, failing which petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
