P.C.:­ By this Petition, the Petitioner has challenged the order dated 6.10.2015 whereby the learned Judge of Family Court, Mumbai had dismissed the application filed by the Petitioner to strike off the defence for not complying with the order of custody. 2.

The Petitioner, who is present in person as well as the learned counsel for the Respondent have submitted that the said Petition No.D 94 of 2010 has been disposed of on 8.6.2016.
