Heard learned Counsel for Petitioner and learned AGP. 2.

Perused order dated 25.07.2018 in Writ Petition No. 7146 of 2018.

Counsel for Petitioner states that the office of District Deputy Registrar, Thane functioning under Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act has on 21.06.2018 mandated online processing only for the registration or amendment to bylaws and other identical businesses as mentioned in that letter. She submits that on several occasions, online system is not responding and therefore, complainants' compliances cannot be made or the necessary services cannot be availed. Learned AGP seeks time.

It is not in dispute that on 25.07.2018 in Writ Petition No. 7146 of 2018, this Court has directed authorities functioning under Maharashtra Public Trust Act to accept the applications/proposals and appeals physically i.e. hard copies.

Here issuance of communication dated 21.06.2018 by Respondent No.6 is not in dispute. Petitioner states that similar communication is also issued by Respondent No.7. 6.

In this situation, we direct, Respondent Nos. 6 and 7 not to discontinue accepting the applications, if any, for five purposes mentioned in communication dated 21.06.2018 physically. The Authorities shall accept hard copies and also permit the Petitioners to submit the details online, if the online system is functioning. 7.
