By a reasoned order dated 3.10.2017 the Applicant was granted interim relief. The learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that the Applicant has complied with the statement made and recorded in the said order and has deposited the entire amount of Rs.4,90,000/- in the Registry of this Court. The record clearly indicates that the applicant has deposited the said amount in the Registry of this Court.

In view thereof, according to me, the custodial interrogation of the Applicant four further investigation of the present crime is not necessary. Interim relief granted by an order dated

RNG 2/2 12-aba1733.17 3.10.2017 is hereby confirmed.

Application is allowed in aforesaid terms.
