In view of the order dated 12th April 2022, the learned Counsel for the Petitioners on instructions submits that grievance of the Petitioners does not now survive. The prayers as made in the writ petition now do not survive.

The learned counsel for Respondent No.1 by relying upon affidavit dated 7th March 2022 submits that an amount of

2/2 35 wp10683.14.doc Rs.28,51,408/- including interest has been paid to the Petitioners by the President in his individual capacity. It is prayed that the said Respondent who is the President of the Society be permitted to withdraw the same from the non-salary grant admissible to the Respondent No.2 School. It is open for the said Respondent to make such request before the Education Officer (Secondary) Zilla Parishad, Solapur. If such request is made, the same shall be considered in accordance with law and the decision taken be communicated to the Respondent No.1.
