This application is filed for bringing legal heirs of deceased Appellant No.1 on record. Appellant No.1 expired on 10.06.2017 . The son Anand also died on 26.08.2019. The present Applicants are now the only heirs of deceased Appellant No.1 named at Exh.D. For filing this application, there is delay 2194 days. However, since the Appeal is already admitted, the application is allowed by condoning the delay. Delay is thus condoned.

Necessary amendment be carried out within two weeks from today in the title cause of the Appeal showing the heirs shown at Exh-D as heirs of deceased Appellant No.1.

With this, applications stands disposed of.
