Mr. Yagnik, learned APP on the basis of instructions from officer concerned, makes a statement that initially subject FIR was registered with Pantnagar Police Station and when it was transferred to EoW, it is renumbered as CR No.21 of 2011 for the offence punishable under sections 465, 468, 471, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. He placed on record report dated 7th December 2016 made by Senior Inspector of police, EoW, Housing-II. He further states that investigation into the said CR would be completed within three months and appropriate report would be filed.
