By the aforesaid interim application, the applicant seeks further six weeks time to comply with the order dated 16th June, 2023 i.e. to furnish surety in C.R.No.397 of 2005, registered with the Mahatma Phule Chowk Police Station, Kalyan.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant was released from Taloja Central Jail only on 20th August, 2023 and that it took some time for the applicant to furnish cash surety in some of the cases and surety in one case as directed by this Court vide order dated 16th June, 2023.

For the reasons set out in the application, application is allowed and that further six weeks time granted from today to the applicant, for furnishing surety as directed by this Court vide order dated 16th June, 2023 in C.R.No. 397 of 2005, registered with the Mahatma Phule Chowk Police Station, Kalyan.

Application is allowed and disposed of accordingly. 5.
